Our team
The three Principals of QMS are Damian Quinn, Jim Quinn and Sarah Lennard. Their combined experience, life and people skills are exceptional.
Damian Quinn: Director
First Responder, business development
Damian is qualified to Frec 4 level, with SALMs currently but looking to progress higher in the medical field. Damian also holds a level 2 in counselling and a level 2 in mental health, currently on his level 3 mental health course at college which he is doing along side working. He brings extensive experience in the event medical side with film sets, festivals, sporting events, this forming his full time vocational work.
In his free time, if he gets any, he loves to spend time with his wife and 2 young children.
Jim Quinn: Director
First Responder, business management.
Jim is an ex frontline Firefighter, with many years experience in various emergency situations. Now focused on the QMS business, Jim is Frec 3 qualified and also keeps an eye on the day to day operational aspects of the business.
When Jim is not working, you can probably find him walking his rescue dog across a muddy field with his wife Rachael or making a mess in the kitchen.
Sarah Lenard: GM
First Responder, business administrator.
Sarah is currently qualified to Frec 4. She has lots of experience in the event side primarily sporting events, festivals film sets and extensive PTS work. Previously Sarah worked as a carer and has excellent people and communication skills.
In her time off she spends time with her daughter and takes long walks with her 2 crazy dogs.
